"My hair feels so soft, right?"
I’ve been using this and my hair feels really soft. It also doesn’t shed much, which I’m happy about. I feel like that’s a good sign, right?

"Cute stuff, but the handling could’ve been better"
I ordered a hair clip and a small bracelet, and they are cute overall. They mostly look like the photos, but the quality feels a little lightweight in person. Shipping was okay, not exactly fast, and I was kind of annoyed because the package looked like it had been tossed around a bit. Nothing was totally ruined, but it just felt careless. For the price, it’s fine, but I’m not sure I’d order a lot from here again.

i mean, I was a little unsure when I ordered from rubyredfashionfriends.com last week, but it actually went really smoothly. The tracking email came through quickly, and the package arrived exactly when they said it would.

I was actually impressed with this doll. It feels solid and well made, and the clothes fit nicely too. My daughter has been playing with it every day... so yeah, definitely a good buy for us.

Had to return a dress because I picked the wrong size. Return instructions were easy to follow, and didn’t have to message anyone or sit around waiting for help.
Refund came through a few days after they received it back. Was expecting more of a delay, so happy with how smooth it all went.

"Pretty much exactly what I hoped for"
I ordered a dress along with a few small accessories, everything looked just like it did in the photos. The colors matched really well, and the sizing guide ended up being accurate for me. I always get a little nervous ordering clothes online, but this felt like one of those rare times where what arrived was exactly what I had pictured. Super happy with it and I’d definitely order again.

"Happy with my doll order, but the wait was annoying"
I’m a doll collector, so I’m picky, and the outfits were great. They arrived safely and looked just like the photos, which is such a relief because you never really know what you’re getting online. Shipping did take longer than I wanted, and yeah, that was frustrating, but in the end I’m happy with the order

"They helped, but the replies were slow"
I’m not trying to be harsh or anything, because they did eventually help me and get my question sorted out. It just took longer than I expected to hear back, and some of the messages could’ve been a little clearer. Overall, they fixed the issue, but I do think faster replies would’ve made the experience better

"Good value by my standards"
I’m picky about getting decent quality for the price, and overall I felt this was a fair deal. The items were nice, the prices made sense for what I got, and the shipping was fine, not super fast, but nothing I’d complain about.

"Kind of Hit or Miss on Stock"
The site itself is easy to use and I didn’t have any trouble browsing around, but the experience was a bit hit or miss. A few things I actually wanted ended up being out of stock in my size, which got frustrating after spending time clicking through everything. I’d probably check back again, but only if they do a better job keeping more sizes available

I was actually happy with this outfit. The stitching looked clean, and the fabric felt better than I expected. I did notice one tiny loose thread, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. The fit was good too, so yeah, overall I’m glad I got it.

"Adorable, but my gut expected more flexibility"
I really love the look of the Ruby Red Fashion Friends dolls, they have such sweet faces and they’re super cute on display. But my first impression when I started posing one was that it just didn’t feel as flexible as I expected. The arms and legs don’t really hold positions that well, and sitting poses can come off a little stiff. For the price, I just had a feeling they’d have better movement. Still really charming on a shelf, but if you’re hoping to pose them a lot, they might be a bit frustrating.
